"Billing used to feel clearer"
I signed up expecting the pricing and renewal stuff to be straightforward, but it felt like the billing details were harder to find than they used to be. I remember this kind of thing being simpler and more upfront, so it was frustrating to get in and then realize I didn’t fully understand what I’d be charged for.

I ended up getting charged when I wasn’t really expecting it, and then had to click around way too much just to find the exact plan details and cancellation info. Maybe it was technically explained somewhere in the fine print, but it definitely wasn’t obvious enough for me.

Support wasn’t terrible, but they didn’t really clear things up in a way that made me feel better about it. I don’t mind paying for a service if I know what I’m agreeing to, but this felt less transparent than it should be. I wouldn’t use it again

"Signing up was way more annoying than it needed to be"
I tried to make an account and got irritated fast. The whole signup/onboarding process felt all over the place, with too many steps and not enough clear instructions. I had to backtrack a couple times, which just made it more frustrating. I was ready to start watching, not sit there figuring out a messy setup process. Not the best first impression.

"I waited way too long to…"
I waited way too long to get my refund, and support really didn’t make it any better. They kept sending short replies and vague promises like it would be handled “soon,” but nothing actually seemed to move forward. I’m frustrated with how the whole thing was handled.

"Schedule info is all over the place"
I keep checking the app and it’ll say a game is live, but then it doesn’t actually start until way later. What makes it more frustrating is the answers don’t even stay consistent, so one minute it looks like it’s happening now and the next it’s something else. It’s really annoying when you’re just trying to plan around a game.

"Canceling Was a Total Hassle"
Tried to cancel my overtime.tv subscription and, man, it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The cancel option was buried somewhere, and I kept getting bounced around to different pages like they were really trying to make me give up. I finally got it done, but it took forever. Like, just let the cancel button do its job. Definitely not signing up again after that mess

I tried watching a game, but the captions were kinda all over the place. They kept missing words or showing the wrong thing, so it was hard to follow what was going on. Annoying, honestly.

I tried to subscribe, but the payment options were way too limited. There was no PayPal or any other easy option I normally use, so I ended up giving up. it was frustrating. If you want people to sign up, you need to take responsibility for making the payment process more accessible and convenient.

I tried sending a few plays to my friends and it was such a hassle lol. Half the time the share buttons wouldn’t load, the links opened in a weird way, and a couple of them just sent people to a blank page.

For a site that’s basically built around sports clips, sharing really should be the easiest part. I ended up just screenshotting things instead, which kind of defeats the whole point. 1 star.

"Pretty sure the navigation needs work"
I tried using Overtime Entertainment, and I’m not totally sure if I just missed something, but the navigation felt really frustrating. I kept clicking around trying to find basic stuff and somehow ended up going in circles. The menus seem confusing, and a few pages didn’t really take me where I expected. The videos might be fine, but getting around the site was annoying enough that I gave up quickly.

I ran into an issue with my account, so I figured I’d just message support and get it sorted out. I sent them an email and expected at least a quick “Hey, we got your message” type of reply, but days went by and… nothing. Not a single response. It’s frustrating when you’re paying for a service and then can’t get help when something goes wrong. It kind of feels like nobody is even checking the support inbox.

I tried watching a live game, and it was, like, constantly buffering or freezing every few minutes. I refreshed it a bunch of times, but it didn’t really help much. Super frustrating when you end up missing the big plays

"Something Feels Off With the Streams"
I tried watching a few games on Overtime Entertainment, the playback was frustrating. The video kept freezing, the quality would randomly drop, and then it’d start buffering again, even though my internet works totally fine on other sites. A couple times the audio kept going while the video was just stuck, which is super annoying when you end up missing half the play. I don’t know what’s going on with their streams, but it definitely makes me suspicious when everything else loads fine except this. Not really worth using if they can’t keep the video smooth.

"Not great if you’re trying to watch on TV"
I signed up for Overtime Entertainment thinking I’d be able to watch games on my TV and phone without much hassle, but it’s been frustrating. The app doesn’t load right on my smart TV, and when I try casting it just freezes every few minutes. It does work sometimes on my laptop, but that’s not really what I got it for. I reached out to support and they basically sent the usual restart/reinstall steps, which didn’t fix anything. Kinda dissapointed and not worth it for me.

"I don’t really trust the app anymore"
I used to expect this app to just work, but lately it’s been such a pain. The menus lag all the time, things don’t respond the way they should, and it feels like nothing works right. it’s made me lose trust in using it.

It doesn’t feel like much of a community. I kept checking in and trying to find conversations, but hardly anyone talks, so it just feels dead. It takes way more effort than it should to get any kind of interaction there.

"Alerts Show Up Way Too Late"
I keep getting notifications after the play already happened, or sometimes when the game is pretty much over. At that point, what’s the point? It makes me wonder if the app is even sending them in real time or just catching up whenever it feels like it. Super annoying
